Amenities

The facilities are still in development, but as of 2025, the following amenities are available.

Drinking Water

Drinking water is available at various locations throughout the campground, including the workshop, the pavilion, the handcart trailhead, the main well, and fourteen individual campsites.

Bathhouse

Our centrally located bathhouse is designed for the comfort and efficiency of large groups. This bright and well-ventilated facility features unlimited hot water and multiple private shower stalls to accommodate heavy group use. To ensure maximum flexibility for your event, the facility includes dedicated men’s and women’s sections that can be adjusted based on your group’s specific needs. For added convenience, the interior is equipped with waterproof flooring, benches for changing, and ample table space for personal belongings and bathing supplies.

Restrooms

Porta-potties are placed throughout the campground during the camping season to help accommodate campers

Electricity

Electricity is available at the workshop. Minimal 30 and 50 amp electric hook-ups are also available for RVs, should leaders wish to utilize these.

Food Preparation

The portable kitchen trailer is propane fueled and features two enormous griddles and a three-burner Camp Chef stove.

Gathering Areas

Two pavilions, located at Teancum Ridge and Helaman Heights, provide perfect spots for meals and other group gatherings. Teancum Ridge’s great pavilion seats about 100 people with the provided picnic tables, but larger groups may increase the gathering capacity to 300 by bringing their own chairs to replace the tables. The smaller Helaman Heights’s pavilion seats about 50 people, or more if chairs are used.

In addition, several amphitheaters with fire pits are scattered around the campground for smaller gatherings, such as firesides, devotionals, or workshops.

Parking

The main parking lot has space for about 50 cars. Car-pooling is encouraged.

Workshop

The workshop is largely intended to facilitate further development of the campground. However, it currently contains the only plumbed bathroom and shower, which may be used by camp leaders. Electricity is also available.
